Casale l’Antico Carro is a family-run restaurant and bed and breakfast in Tuscany open year round.

Prices

The prices of our rooms in Tuscany vary from 55 € minimum for the double room for single use to 150 € maximum for the suite with Jacuzzi per day, according to the high-season or low-season period. The price is per double room per night including breakfast.

The price includes:

use of swimming pool (from May to September)
electricity, water, gas and heating;
air-conditioning;
wi-fi internet connection;
digital and satellite TV;
towels, bedlinen;
daily cleaning;
use of the parking;
breakfast.

Extra charges of 25 € and 15 € will be applied for any extra bed and added cradle respectively.

An additional charge of 25 € per person will be applied for half board, which includes a hors d'oeuvre, a starter, a main course and a dessert (beverages excluded).

Special discounts are applied to stays longer than 5 days.

According to the recent municipal regulation, any person staying overnight in the Municipality of Cortona must pay a tourist tax equal to 1.50 € per day; children under the age of 12 are exempted from the tourist tax.

Terms of payment

Upon reservation we will require the number of your credit card with the expiry date as guarantee of your reservation. The payment will be arranged as agreed upon with the client.

The balance or any penalty related to the cancellation policy will be paid either by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, …) or by bank transfer to the following bank account:

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of reservation, the following penalties will be charged:

within 30 days before arrival: no penalty;
from 29 days to 15 days before arrival: 50 % of the total amount;
from 14 days to 8 days before arrival: 75 % of the total amount;
from 7 days before arrival to the day of arrival: 100 % of the total amount.

Check-in and check-out

The check-in time is preferably from 3 PM to 10 PM and the check-out time is within 11 AM. For different times of arrival and departure, please contact the B&B by phone at +39 0575/604202 or by email at info@anticocarrocortona.it.

Guests

Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight at the bed and breakfast.
Small-sized animals are allowed.
Smoking in the rooms, in the restaurant and in the common areas is forbidden.
Breakfast is preferably served from 8 AM to 10 AM. For different times, please ask the reception.
